Hawaii - The Big Island

The island of Hawaii is an unrivaled expression of the power of nature. However you decide to experience the island, it is sure to leave you humbled!

Nicknamed "Big Island", Hawaii is by far the largest in size but the youngest of all in the Hawaiian chain. Here, you can travel through all but four of the world’s different climate zones, ranging from tropical to tundra. From coast to coast, the Big Island is an adventurer’s mecca, and a haven for sports enthusiasts. It will leave you humbled and inspired.

The island of Hawaii showcases the power of nature like no other. One of the top attractions of all the islands is the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Located 45 minutes south of Hilo, this park is home to one of the world’s most active volcanoes, Kilauea, which has been erupting since 1983. Marvel as blistering hot lava erupts, running down into the sea, creating new land. Hike along the park’s 150 miles of trails that wind through volcanic craters, scalded deserts and rainforests, stop at the walk-in lava tube, and visit the museum.
